Season 21 

Annual Registration per student- $40 due at time of registration.

All registered dancers are a member of Dance Dimensions for the entire season of dance, which is an annual program.

All membership/tuition fees have been set according to an annual tuition rate. You can pay the entire tuition in a one-time payment or in monthly installments auto drafted on the 1st of each month

 

1 Class per week $74 month

2 classes per week $142 month (8% discount on 2nd class)

3 classes per week $210 month (8% discount on 3rd class)

4 classes per week $273 month (14.5% discount on 4th class)

5 classes per week $336 month (14.5% discount on 5th class)

6 classes per week $395 month (20% discount on 6th class)

7 classes per week $454 month (20% discount on the 7th class)

8+ classes per week $513 month (20% discount on the 8th class)

• Tuition is calculated on an annual amount and broken into monthly installments due on the 1st of the month.

• All tuition, recital fees and costume fees will be Auto drafted on the 1st of the month.

• A $20 late fee is due with the tuition if it is paid after the 10th of the month•

• A $15 service fee is charged for all declined credit/debit card payments

• A $40 fee is charged for all returned checks/ACH

• There is no refund for tuition when the dancer drops or is absent.

• To secure your place in a class if there is an extended absence, you will need to continue paying tuition.

• ALL classes will showcase a winter dance performance.

• Bring your chair/blanket and watch your dancer shine on stage.

• Food Trucks on location•Local businesses/craft booths available for shopping

• Coachella Valley Dance productions raffles and fundraiser

 

SAVE THE DATE: Bravo Recital 6/1/2025 @ The Show at Agua Caliente Resort

• Recital fee of $125 will be due: 2/17/2025 – Recital fee includes: Program, dancer event pin, digital video of recital, digital photos of dancer with group and individual for each costume, production, goodie bag, snacks/waters.

• Bravo Costume fees: •Mini/Junior level costumes -$85 each & Senior level costumes- 100 each

• Costume down payment of 60% of costume is due and auto-drafted on Nov.1st

• final costume payment auto drafted on January 15, 2025

• costume fitting days to start in February

• Save the date: Bravo photo days – April 4-6 (included in the recital fee)

 

Class drops require a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing by email to info@dancedimensionspd.com

Drop date will be effective on the first day of the following month following the 30 days' notice. Tuition is due during the 30 days’ notice.

For example: if class drop on 11/1, the drop will be effective 11/30 & tuition is due for November, dancer can complete their classes for the month of November. Another example: if class drop on 11/15 – 30 days' notice will be effective at the last day of the following month of the drop on 12/31 – November and December tuition is due and dancer can complete their classes for the month of November and December. There are no mid-month drops allowed, we do not pro-rate tuition due to drop date not by end of the month.
